General

Tours at Normandy Club are completely free. Come visit and see our community for yourself!

Appointments at Normandy Club aren’t required, but we do recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure a personalized experience. Walk-ins are always welcome!

Our office is easily accessible, with parking available on either side of our office building including handicap accessible parking and entrances.

To apply, visit www.NormandyClubApts.com, browse the available floor plans, and select your desired apartment. From there, you can create an account and submit your application.

Applications are typically processed within 1-2 business days, depending on the approval outcome. The timeline may also vary based on how quickly the applicant completes the income verification.

$50 application fee per person over 18 (unless married- 1 application fee). $300 hold fee/deposit (With approved credit. Deposit can be up to one months rent.)

If you do not have a rental history, you may be required to pay a higher deposit.

We only accept online payments through the resident portal.

Through our resident portal on the Towne Resident app. Or through our website at www.NormandyClubApts.com.

Water/Sewer charges are added to your monthly rent which is charged per your individual usage. There is an $8.50 admin fee associated with this for the provider YES energy management. We also have optional washer/dryer rentals for $50/month, and optional storage unit rentals for $25/month.

Yes, renter’s insurance is required. You’re welcome to choose your preferred provider, or we also offer affordable insurance options as well!

Your rent includes trash service.

Water/Sewer is set up by the property. For electric, this is through AES Ohio and you will need to call them at 937-331-3900 to set up. For Cable/Internet you can contact our Spectrum representative Joe Karl at 937-308-9447 or go through another provider of your choice that services our area.

We recommend Spectrum. You can also use another provider of your choice that services your address.

If your friend lives here and refers you, they would receive a $250 credit off of their rent once you move in.

2 guests per resident is permitted for amenities (pool & fitness center). Guests must be accompanied by resident and guests cannot use the amenities on their own.

At Normandy Club, our rates are consistent for all lease terms, so we don’t offer additional discounts for longer leases or prepaying rent.

No, your security deposit will not transfer to the new community and you will need to pay them a new security deposit.

Subletting apartments is not permitted.

Lease buyout policy: 60 day notice required on the 1st of any month and along with a two month early termination fee.

No, we do not offer short-term leases.

Yes, Normandy Club offers corporate leases. Please contact our leasing team to learn more.

Amenities

We offer a variety of amenities designed for comfort and convenience, including a free-form pool with a sun deck and privacy fence, a 24-hour fitness center, on-site laundry facilities, and fun, free resident events throughout the year.

The pool is open from 10am-Dusk during summer months.

Yes. We have an all open parking lot and there are no fees for parking. We allow 2 vehicles per apartment.

Yes, our floor plans include washer and dryer hookups for your convenience.

Normandy Club apartments come standard with a refrigerator with an ice maker, range, microwave, and dishwasher for your convenience.

No, at Normandy Club, we do not offer furnished apartments. Our homes are thoughtfully designed and move-in ready so you can make them your own.

We will hold packages at the leasing office only if they are addressed to our office. Packages will be held for up to 3 days, after which they will be returned to the sender.

24/7 Our fitness center is open 24/7.

Our fitness center is fully equipped with a variety of exercise options, including a treadmill, elliptical, a row machine, a weight bench, free weights, shoulder/chest press and leg extension machines, mats, resistance bands, and medicine balls. Everything you need for a complete workout!

Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. No fees for communal spaces.

Pet Policy

Yes our community is pet-friendly. Please check with our leasing team for any specific pet guidelines.

Pet fees include: $35/month pet rent (per pet) and $300 pet deposit ($150 refundable, $150 non-refundable pet fee)

Yes, there pet guidelines. We have a 50 lb. weight limit and certain breed restrictions. Please contact our leasing team for more information.

We don’t have a designated pet park, but our community sits on 9 acres, perfect for walks and outdoor time with your furry friends.

Location

Our address is 7677 Tours Lane, Dayton, OH 45459 and the easiest way to find us is through your phones GPS system (Google maps/Apple maps). We are located right off of paragon road catty-corner to the Washington Township post office.

The nearest cross street is Paragon Road and Normandy Lane.

Yes, public transportation is conveniently located near the community, making it easy to get around.

Normandy Club is conveniently located near I-675 and offers easy access to a variety of restaurants and shopping in Centerville and Washington Township.

Our community is part of the Centerville School District, giving residents access to some of the area’s highly regarded schools.

The nearest dog park is Oak Grove Dog Park, located about 4 miles away, perfect for walks and playtime with your furry friends.

We have many sidewalks surrounding our community which are great for biking. The closest park with designated bike trails is Grant's trail park which is 0.7 miles away.

There is a variety including: Whole Foods, Kroger, The Greene, Dayton Mall, Target and Walmart to name a few.

The nearest coffee shop is Starbucks, located just 1 mile away. Perfect for your morning coffee or an afternoon pick-me-up.

Maintenance

Before you move in, we’ll paint, thoroughly clean, and complete any necessary repairs to ensure your apartment is move-in ready.

We have on-site maintenance available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., plus 24-hour emergency maintenance for your convenience and peace of mind.

If something in your unit needs repair, you can easily submit a maintenance request through the resident portal, and our team will take care of it promptly.

After submitting a maintenance request, maintenance will respond in the order received, however emergencies do take precedence.

No, as long as you give us permission to enter maintenance can enter your apartment when you are not home. This allows for faster service. However, if there is an emergency we can enter at any time without your permission.

If you are locked out during regular business hours, call the office and we will let you in. If you are locked out after hours we are not permitted to respond to lockouts for any reason per company policy and you will have to call a locksmith at your own expense.

This is your home, and you can decorate it however you like! You are not permitted to modify anything attached to the apartment such as: appliances, cabinets, countertops, flooring etc. All modifications must be requested in writing. Your apartment must be returned to us in the exact way you received it.
